1. Our role
RopeHero MOD publishes editorial text and may display logos or screenshots under fair use for identification. If you believe content on ropehero.themiui.com infringes your copyright, follow the notice steps below.
2. Takedown notice (DMCA-style)
Send an email to contact@themiui.com with the subject line DMCA Notice and include:
- Your legal name and the name of the rights holder you represent (if applicable).
- Contact information (email and, if available, phone).
- URLs on this Site that contain the allegedly infringing material.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g. title, registration, or description).
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may reply with a counter-notification that meets applicable legal requirements. We may restore content when appropriate.
4. Repeat policy
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers where we have sufficient evidence and it is practical to do so.
